Gorilas sorprenden al mundo al posar para un selfie

Una fotografía ha llamado la atención de millones de personas alrededor del mundo, pues en ella se puede observar claramente cómo dos gorilas posan para un selfie junto a un hombre. A pesar de que muchos sospechaban del origen de la foto, se confirmó que la fotografía es real y se tomó hace solo unos días en el Parque Nacional Virunga, en República del Congo.

El hombre que aparece en la fotografía es Ranger Mathieu Shamavu, quien trabaja junto al grupo de élite de anti-cazadores del parque y pasa mucho tiempo al lado de Ndazaki y Ndeze, las gorilas que aparecen en la imagen. “Estas gorilas siempre actúan descaradamente, así que esta fue la foto perfecta para dar a conocer sus personalidades. Además, no es una sorpresa verlas de pie, ya que muchos primates pueden sentirse cómodos haciéndolo por corto tiempo”, escribió el hombre en Instagram.

Una bella historia

La historia de la foto es que estas gorilas son huérfanas, por lo que han sido cuidadas por mucho tiempo en el parque Virunga, llegando a aprender muchas de las actitudes que ven en sus cuidadores, Mathieu y Patrick, quienes aparecen con ella en la imagen. Además, indicaron que esta fue una ocasión especial, dado que estas animales han crecido en cautiverio, pues no está permitido acercarse a un gorila en la naturaleza.
